L' hotel ha degli spazi, sia esterni che interni, molto grandi ed il silenzio dato dal fatto di essere Adults Only è stato impagabile. Molto buona la colazione, caratterizzata da un buffet per ogni tipo di palato. Il personale è molto cordiale ed attento: ho avuto un piccolo incidente all' inizio della vacanza mentre ero in spiaggia e tutti si sono mostrati molto comprensivi ogni volta che andavo a chiedere del ghiaccio. Il ristorante interno all' Hotel è super, cibo buono e di qualità ad un prezzo veramente ridicolo: occhio alle porzioni, sono enormi! La SPA, ultima nominata ma non per importanza, eccezionale... Se alloggiate in questo Hotel non potete non prenotare un massaggio! La posizione geografica è strategica, molto vicina a tutto il necessario.
Late Checkout: una rovina per chi arriva presto la mattina perché la stanza non era pronta prima delle 14. Chiedo un cambio di lenzuola con molto garbo ed educazione e per tutta risposta la signora delle pulizie mi risponde dicendo che le lenzuola non erano sporche: mi ha lasciata in camera coi letti spostati dicendo che sarebbe ripassare quando siamo tornate i letti li abbiamo dovuti sistemare noi. Avevamo chiesto una stanza vista oceano selezionando un surplus di prezzo: ci è stata data una stanza al primo piano sopra alla cucina, l' oceano di vedeva per sbaglio e la notte era impossibile dormire visti i rumori provenienti dai locali di ristorazione. Preciso anche che ci hanno dato le chiavi della stanza senza nemmeno darci indicazioni sul come raggiungerla: nei 4 stelle gli ospiti si accompagnano alle camere. Nota alquanto negativa, non solo per questo Hotel, ma per tutti quelli di zona: nella stradina di fronte all' Hotel è pieno di prostitute la sera. Immaginate la nostra sorpresa quando tornando a casa di sera ci siamo ritrovate in questa situazione tutt' altro che piacevole. Visto che parliamo di resort che costano una certa cifra spero che tutti si siano lamentati del problema. Tutto questo secondo me toglie una stella all' Hotel, che è un 4 stelle con molta fantasia.

Tutto ok..a parte disservizio ascensori.. 2 su 3 quasi sempre fuori servizio..per il resto: posizione eccellente, ottima ristorazione, gentilezza... Consigliato!

Buona e abbondante la colazione. Ottima la posizione con una fermata del bus proprio davanti all'albergo che ti porta ovunque. Nell'insieme tutto....
Scarsa l'animazione serale. L'acqua, della piscina e delle vasche idromassaggio, era fredda. Ascensori pochi rispetto al numero dei piani e delle camere
